Please note postage is not refundable on returned items (this does not affect your statutory rights).
Postage and Packaging Costs
All of our parcels are delivered using Royal Mail or a courier service and will need to be signed for. Postage charges are as follows:
|Parcels to anywhere in the UK (inc. N.Ireland)
|Parcels to UK (inc. N.Ireland) for next day delivery (exc. Saturdays) (Special delivery) Must be ordered by 3pm the preceding day
|Parcels to UK for Saturday delivery (Special delivery Sat) Must be ordered by 3pm on Friday
|Parcelforce Service to Europe (Inc. S Ireland) 5- 7 days delivery
|Courier Service to Europe (Inc. S Ireland) 2 -3 days delivery
|Courier Service to the rest of the World
NB: Next day and Saturday delivery is subject to availability during Bank Holiday periods. Please check if you are unsure.
Orders will be despatched within 1 – 2 working days of placing the order, in the event this is not possible you will be notified by email.
Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays.
Any delivery timescales are indicative only and do not constitute binding obligations on us. Delivery time is subject to product availability and clearance of payment.
The transaction is taken in pounds sterling.
Parcels will need to be signed for in person so please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work). If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

In the unlikely event that you notice that any of the products in your order are faulty or wish to return items you are entitled to a refund if reported within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods and returned within 14 (fourteen) days from reporting the return. If not notified within14 (fourteen) days, we are under no obligation to accept returned goods.

Please contact us on the below details and we will send you a returns authorisation number which will need to be included in your return package accompanied by the name of the purchaser, full address and telephone number and order number. Please make sure the goods are packaged securely, protecting the goods from damage while in transit and in their original packaging. We strongly recommend that you return the goods by Special Delivery as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU) ;
Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date of receipt of returned goods. The cost of any undamaged products, correctly returned will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card, including sales taxes for all EU country shipments but excluding shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
